​Karen Boyd, MBA, CCLC

Karen began coaching as a means of helping others, her passion.  A professionally trained, certified Christian Life Coach, her mission is to arm God’s people with the power to move forward in who He has called them to be.

Teaching through experience!  Karen possesses over 20 years of experience with a diverse background as a trainer, ministry leader, corporate, banking, finance, management, ministry, volunteerism, mentoring, and non-profits.  Her leadership experience, energetic training style, and positive approach help individuals/ministry leaders/business owners align their gifts and talents to become whom they were designed to be!

​Karen is also a collaborating author of Divine Diamonds Ministries 2nd facet; This Is Your Set Time: 21 Days of Prophetic Devotions; she facilitates quarterly Evangelism E-Class, New Members E-Class, and is a teacher through Divine Destiny Institute’s School of Prophetic Ministry.

She faithfully serves both her community and in ministry on a regular basis, provided training for pastors on church finances, coordinated annual leadership training & retreats, developed training materials, involved in church planting, has been instrumental in helping authors become clear in writing their books and provided extensive assistance in their completed works.  In addition to Life Coaching/Training, Karen is highly skilled in the area of church finances, non-profit management, and also offers 1-on-1 coaching for pastors.  She’s able to assist in various areas of your ministry!
